3.1 Application accuracy: All information submitted in the enquiry or application form must be true, accurate, and complete. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate disqualification or cancellation of admission without refund.
3.2 SAAT scholarship eligibility: Scholarship awards under SAAT 2026 are determined solely at the discretion of Star Aviation Academy based on test performance. The Institute reserves the right to modify scholarship tiers, amounts, or criteria without prior notice. A scholarship offer does not constitute a guarantee of admission; admission remains subject to eligibility verification and document checks.
3.3 Seat availability: Intake cohort sizes are regulated by DGCA. Star Aviation Academy does not guarantee seat availability to any applicant until written admission notification is issued and the first-term fee is received.
3.4 DGCA approval: Star Aviation Academy operates under DGCA CAR 147 approval. The Institute makes all reasonable efforts to maintain continued DGCA approval. In the event of any change in approval status beyond the control of the Institute, we may, at our sole discretion, assist in adjusting affected students to another DGCA-approved institute. However, the Institute shall not be liable for any career loss, financial loss, or consequential damage to students arising from any such change in regulatory status.
Star Aviation Academy believes in supporting its students and has therefore adopted the following cancellation
and refund policy. Please read it carefully before confirming your admission.
4.1 Cancellation window: Cancellation of admission will be considered only if a written request is submitted within seven (7) days of the date of admission AND before the student has attended or joined any class or training session. Cancellation requests submitted after this window — or after the student has joined the course — will not be entertained.
4.2 Refund on timely cancellation: If a valid cancellation request is made within the stipulated 7-day window and before joining the course, fees paid toward admission will be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of 10% of the total fees paid. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval of the cancellation request. The method of refund will be the same as the original payment method wherever possible.
4.3 Non-refundable after joining: Once the student has joined the course and begun attending classes or practical sessions, the admission fee and all fees paid up to that point are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4.4 Mid-course discontinuation: If a student chooses to discontinue the course after joining, all fees paid to the Institute will be forfeited in full. Given that admissions are regulated by DGCA and cohort sizes are fixed, a mid-course vacancy cannot be filled by another candidate, causing direct and unrecoverable loss to the Institute. No refund or partial refund will be made in such cases.
4.5 No refund after one month: There will be no refund of any fee if the request is made more than one month after the date of commencement of the course.
4.6 DGCA approval changes: In the unlikely event of a change in the Institute's DGCA approval status beyond its control, the Institute may, at its sole discretion, assist in transferring affected students to another DGCA-approved institute. The Institute shall not be held financially liable for any consequential career loss, fee differential, or other loss incurred by the student in such circumstances. Any financial assistance or adjustment in such cases will be entirely at the Institute's discretion.
4.7 How to request cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing — by email to info@staraviationacademy.com or by hand-delivery of a signed letter to the campus at P-76, New Palam Vihar, Sector-110, Gurugram — 122017 — within the permitted window. Verbal or phone requests will not be accepted as valid cancellation notices.

campus visit scheduling, scholarship communication, and programme information. This consent is provided
voluntarily and is not a condition of admission.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect admission-related communications.
